Hello fellow dog drivers!
The new season is upon us. The 2009 season promises to be a full one to say the least. There are
many great races in Ontario, Quebec and across North America.
The Northern Ontario Sled Dog Club is working with the Markstay Warren Challenge the Champ Committee
for the second Annual Dog Racing event to be held on January 3rd and 4th, 2009 . This year, the committee is ready for tricks by Mother Nature
with a plan to hold the event in March in the event of postponement due to weather issues.
The local committee has been working diligently on the planning of this race event, and are pleased
to announce that the event will be sanctioned by ISDRA as well as IFSS. Racers will be able to qualify at
the Markstay Warren race to go to the World Championship in Daaquam, Quebec on January 17 - 25, 2009
I would like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to the Markstay Warren Race, & I know
that this will be one of the best races on your ’09 schedule. Noticeable improvements will be made to
the race event. Click Markstay Warren for more details.
Take a moment to submit your entry form and book your accommodations prior to the event. Please
note that registration must be submitted prior to the race date.
See you at the races!
Sincerely,
Claude Aumont
